Design: Construction Collaboration

Service Description

This service is for clients who are ready to move forward with the initial approved design plan. At this stage, Carlson Co will collaborate with you and your contractor during the implementation and/or construction phase. *This service is priced per 1,000 sqft of proposed design *Weekly scheduled virtual meetings to ensure project is on track; onsite meetings, per client request, scheduled within 48 hour notice *Product sourcing and procurement assistance with direct links to furnishings (adjusted as needed, per budget and/or change orders) *Design management and trade collaboration during budgeting, construction, purchase management, and installation phase. (Note: Carlson Co will be actively involved, per your discretion; but cannot not hire, pay or directly manage project contractors/subs within this service package) *Project requests exceeding (30) billable design hours, per 1,000 sqft, will convert to hourly consulting rate or re-negotiated contract agreement between Carlson Co & Client. Additional Design Services Available: *On-Site Project Management: You are busy - let us sweat the details! This service is a hands-off approach to (gladly) handing over the stress that design implementations entail. Construction projects typically never lack change, pressed timelines, and constant decisions. We will actively manage the project contractors and deliverables needed to spearhead the final approved design, reporting to you as necessary. *Product ordering, procurement management, and furnishing storage *Delivery and furniture assembly *Interior styling/staging *Removal and disposal of furnishing packaging and design implementation waste Pay Terms: - 25% Deposit then; - 3 payment increments of 25% based on project completion. This service is a 30% savings over hourly design consulting.
