Service Description

This service is for new construction or renovations of more complex kitchen & large scale bathrooms. *Design investment per 300 sqft *Initial phone/video call to discuss your project, budget and overall needs *Focusing on detailed design of functionality as well as a strong grasp of the construction process *Flooring, appliance, fixtures, evaluation, and existing and needed inventory specification *One digital AutoCAD design drawing and 3D renderings with concept board with selections specifically for your project. Also included: scope documents, millwork elevations and detailing, and scaled floor plans *Up to 2 revisions of the concept board to refine options as needed *Space planning needs assessment, field measurements and verification, block planning *Direct messaging with your designer *4 week of post-design support *Decision maker(s) must be present for all presentations and meetings concerning design and budgetary decisions. Additional communication fees will be assessed when coordinating through a chain-of-command with support staff on matters that require direct approval/feedback.
