Design investment per 300 sqft room or 100 sqft closet/bathroom, service excludes custom kitchens + baths. - 15% discount on 2+ rooms - 25% discount on 4+ rooms *Initial phone/video call to discuss your project, budget and overall needs *One digital concept board with furnishings, materials, and decor specifically for your project *Up to 2 revisions of the concept board to refine options as needed *2D & 3D rendering of the final design *Floor plan to scale *Materials, lighting, furniture & decor options *Paint palette + custom color options *Product source list with links to purchase information, if desired following floorplan approval *Design notes and installation discussion during presentation to allow you to pull the design together on your time, terms and budget *Direct messaging with designer w/ 24-hour turnaround time. *2 week of post-design support *Additional travel fees for in-home services *Decision maker(s) must be present for all presentations and meetings concerning design and budgetary decisions. Additional communication fees will be assessed when coordinating through a chain-of-command with support staff on matters that require direct approval/feedback.
