Service Description

This service is for clients who want a hands-off / Non-DIY approach to (gladly) handing over the stress that design implementation plans typically entail. *This package is priced per 1,000 sqft *Includes everything in the 'Design: Construction + Coordination' service PLUS: *On-Site Project Management Construction projects rarely lack many changes, pressed timelines, and constant decisions. We will actively manage the project contractors and deliverables needed to spearhead and achieve the final approved design, reporting to you as necessary and/or desired. Pay Terms: - 25% Deposit then; - 3 payment increments of 25% based on project completion.
